About our family:
We are a family of 3 (mom, dad, and newborn daughter). We’re two working parents welcoming our first child and looking for an experienced nanny to support her early growth and development. Both mom and dad work outside the home. We value warmth, reliability, kindness, and a nurturing environment where our daughter can learn and thrive.

Start date: February 16, 2026
Full-time live-out nanny, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
$27/hr
Guaranteed weekly pay of $1200
2 weeks paid vacation, 3 sick days, paid major holidays
Paid by direct deposit with taxes withheld (W2)
Experience & Education Requirements:
First Aid / CPR certification
5+ years relevant experience, either as a parent, nanny, summer / short-term nanny, babysitter, or childcare facility
Must have infant and toddler experience
Licensed and insured driver
Must have a reliable vehicle
Conversational English (can be first or second language)
Prefer someone who is open to occasional date nights
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day basic care of our daughter (diapering, feeding, etc.). She does not have any special needs, allergies, or major medical conditions.
Establishing and maintaining good sleep/eat/play routines
General activity-planning to guide age-appropriate learning
Lots of reading, play, and outdoor time
Outings as baby gets older
Child’s laundry, one-to-two times per week (including putting away)
Child’s bottle and meal prep
Light household tasks such as loading and unloading the dishwasher, light tidying of common areas while baby naps, and help with occasional errands, and resetting common areas before leaving.
About you:
You’re warm, patient, and genuinely enjoy engaging with infants through nurturing care and intentional teaching. You have experience caring for newborns and young children. You have a great balance between gentle structure and going with the flow.
