We started The First Milestones to help parents like us find trained, loving and nurturing caregivers for their loved ones. We offer nanny placement services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and have been in business since 2020.

Our goal as a placement agency is to be an advocate for parents and caregivers alike by providing resources that help establish and maintain great working relationships by setting clear expectations, advocating for fair and legal pay, and educating families and providers on industry best practices.
