Our six-week Childbirth Education Series is designed to guide growing families through the essentials of labor, birth, postpartum recovery, and early newborn care. Whatever kind of birth you are hoping for, this class will help you understand your options and prepare for the journey ahead.

We are not here to tell you what kind of birth to have. Birth is a deeply personal journey, and only you know what is right for your family. Our goal is to equip you with knowledge, practical tools, and steady encouragement so you can make informed decisions that align with your family’s values and needs.

What to Expect

Throughout this six-week series, you and your birth partner will learn what happens during labor, how to recognize the different stages of birth, and how to work with your body through each phase. We will discuss comfort measures, labor positions, breathing and relaxation techniques, and practical ways your partner can support you during labor.

You will also gain a better understanding of common medical procedures and interventions, including induction, pain relief options, monitoring, assisted delivery, and Cesarean birth. Our goal is to help you feel prepared for the possibilities of birth without fear or pressure.

As the series continues, we will also walk through creating birth preferences, communicating with your care team, planning for postpartum recovery, and caring for your newborn in those first precious days.
