Doula Services
Pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenthood are full of anticipation, questions, and big emotions- and no family should have to navigate them alone. A doula is a steady, supportive presence who walks alongside you, offering emotional reassurance, physical support, and trusted guidance through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season. While medical providers focus on your clinical care, doulas focus on you- your experience, your comfort, and your confidence as you prepare to welcome your baby.
At The First Milestones, our doulas are here to listen, encourage, and support you in a way that is personal and unhurried. Whether we are helping you prepare for birth, offering calm, continuous support during labor, or easing the transition once you’re home with your newborn, we tailor our care to meet your family’s unique needs. Our heart is to create a space where you feel informed, empowered, and deeply cared for- so you can move through this season feeling supported every step of the way.
We offer doula services to support you and your family before, during and after birth with gentle, hands-on help for baby and for mom, breastfeeding help, emotional support, and help with day-to-day tasks—so you can rest, recover, and confidently settle into life with your new baby.
Our birth doulas will support you before, during and immediately after your birth.
Our postpartum doulas will support you after you bring your baby home. Postpartum doulas care for parent as well as baby.
