How Full Service Nanny Placement Works
Our full service nanny placement handles everything from search to hire.
Full Service Nanny Placement Timeline
-
Week 1
After submitting an application, we’ll meet with you to learn about your family, your needs, and the traits of the ideal candidate for your family. If we choose to work together, you’ll pay a $295 application fee to get started. We’ll create a job description based on this information and start the recruiting position. -
We'll share profiles for pre-screened, pre-qualified candidates. We'll set up interviews for the candidates you'd like to learn more about. We'll also share a list of sample interview questions to guide your conversation.
-
We recommend at least one trial day with each candidate you're interested in. These trial days offer you and your candidate an opportunity to learn more about each other and determine whether it's a good fit for both of you.
-
When you've decided to move forward with a candidate, we'll provide support with creating a job offer detailing salary and benefits. We also have sample contracts and working guidelines to help you detail job duties. Once your nanny has accepted, you can set up payroll through a service like Poppins Payroll.
-
We believe that having regular check-ins and performance conversations are key to having a great working relationship. We recommend and facilitate weekly check-ins for the first month, and monthly check-ins thereafter. We offer resources to help you have these conversations.
Nanny Placement Pricing
We believe in transparent, flat-fee pricing.
Our fee covers our screening process and comprehensive background checks, as well as access to resources to support a strong working relationship with your nanny once you’ve found the right fit. Our application fee is $295 is non-refundable and goes towards your placement fee. These fees are separate from your nanny’s salary. Typically, nanny hourly rates are $25+ per hour, depending on schedule and number of children in the nanny’s care. Here’s a helpful guide on what nannies cost in the DFW area.
