Nanny Placement Process

• Once you’ve completed a family application, we will get in touch to set up a family interview

• If you choose to work with us, you’ll pay your $295 non-refundable registration fee, which will apply to your placement fees. This placement fee starts at $1,500 for summer nannies, and goes up to $2,950 for long-term nannies.

• We’ll create a family profile to share with our current talent pool and recruits

• We’ll share nanny profiles with you based on your needs and approach to caregiving

• You’ll select 3 nannies to interview, and we’ll set up your interviews

• We’ll run basic background checks on each nanny you choose to interview

• Prior to your interviews, we’ll share a list of common interview questions

• When you decide on a candidate, we’ll run a comprehensive background check prior to the start date

• We highly recommend a trial day prior to making an offer to a candidate

• We can set up an optional consultation with Poppins Payroll for setting up payroll services and nanny taxes

• We’ll provide ongoing support and check-ins with family and nanny, and we can help you navigate performance check-ins

• If, within 30 days, you decide it’s not the right fit, we will work with you to find a replacement at no additional cost. This replacement guarantee applies only to long-term nanny placement
