Our Nanny Screening Process

We know it’s critical to know who will be coming into your home and taking care of your loved ones, so every nanny placed through The First Milestones submits to a thorough screening, which includes:

• In-person or video interview

• Detailed application with extensive work history

• At least 2 references

• Extensive criminal background check, provided by PFC Caregiver Screening

• Social security number verification

• Driver’s license check

• Driving record review

• Sex offender registry check

• Social media review, if available

We can also provide drug screening, at the request and expense of our family clients.
