Active, patient, and engaging full-time nanny needed for 3 children in Grapevine (76051)

About our family:

We are a family of 5 (mom, dad, 6 year old son, 3 year old daughter, and 5 month old daughter) + our dog, June. We’re two working parents; mom works in a separate space at home and work often requires her to travel, and dad works outside of the home most days. We are a hard-working family and we value our time together as a family. We hope to find a nanny who can be a true partner and would like to stay with our family for several years!

Work details:

• Start date: February 2, 2026

• Full-time live-out nanny (typically between 40 and 44 hours per week)

• Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm; Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

• $28/hr

• Guaranteed weekly pay at 40 hours per week

• 2 weeks paid vacation, 3 sick days, paid major holidays, plus any time that our family travels or takes vacation

• Paid by direct deposit with taxes withheld (W2)

• Annual bonus

Experience & Education Requirements:

• First Aid / CPR certification, agency can pay for certification

• 2-3 years relevant experience, either as a parent, nanny, summer / short-term nanny, babysitter, or childcare facility

• Infant experience a must

• Prefer some college

• Licensed and insured driver

• Must have a reliable vehicle

• Conversational English (can be first or second language)

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day basic care of our 5 month old daughter during the day; she does not have any special needs, allergies, or major medical conditions

• Picking up our older daughter from MDO on M-W-F at noon

• Picking up our son from school

• Although the kids’ grandparents are involved, you may have 3 children at a time in the afternoons. 

• General activity-planning to guide age-appropriate learning

• Lots of reading, play, and outdoor time

• Children’s laundry, one-to-two times per week (including putting away)

• Children’s bottle and meal prep

• Light household tasks such as baby laundry, washing bottles/dishes, loading/unloading dishwasher, and occasional light tidying 

About you: 

You’re warm, patient, and genuinely enjoy engaging with kids of all ages through nurturing care and intentional teaching. You are a self-starter, you’re good at managing schedules, you can entertain without much screen time and work independently once you are ramped up!

You see a need and you can jump in, as long as it doesn’t interfere with your primary focus of caring for our littles

Our previous nanny was with our family for over 2 years, and we love her dearly. We are hoping to have a similar long-term relationship with our next nanny.
