Ideally, you will have a few years of experience in childcare, either as a parent, in a daycare setting, or as a private nanny. You enjoy being around children and can create simple and fun, screenless activities to help keep our children engaged. You speak to children gently and kindly and as people (vs. babying). You enjoy seeing kids learn from you and the world around them. You are also intentional about how you structure your day, making the most of wake time to engage, play with and teach our children.
