Nanny/Family Assistant Position in Fort Worth (76109)
Warm, dependable Family Assistant / Nanny / Mom’s Helper needed for a loving Fort Worth family
About our family:
We are a loving, kind family of four with two girls — a 4-month-old baby and an almost 3-year-old toddler — living in the Tanglewood/Overton Park area of Fort Worth (76109).
We love to laugh, spend time together, and enjoy life as a family. Our children are our greatest priority, and our faith and family are at the center of our lives.
Our older daughter attends a Mother’s Day Out program two days per week, so we are looking for someone who can step into a fluid Family Assistant / Nanny / Mom’s Helper role and provide support wherever it is most helpful that day.
Some days may be more childcare-focused, while others may include a combination of caring for the baby, spending intentional time with our toddler, helping with meals and laundry, tidying up after the girls, and generally helping Mom keep the household running smoothly.
We are hoping to find someone who will truly bond with our family and become a trusted, long-term presence in our girls’ lives.

This is not a heavy housekeeping position. Household responsibilities will primarily focus on the children and on helping the household function smoothly while caring for them.
About you:
You’re warm, loving, patient, and genuinely enjoy spending time with babies and toddlers. You’re someone who will get down on the floor to play, read the same favorite book again, come up with a craft or activity, head outside to play, and enjoy being actively engaged with the girls rather than relying on screens.
You understand that life with a baby and a toddler can change from one hour to the next, and you’re comfortable with a role that is naturally fluid. You’re happy to care for the baby while Mom spends time with the older child, take the lead with the toddler while Mom tends to the baby, or jump in to help with laundry, meals, toys, and other child-related tasks when there is downtime.
With our almost 3-year-old, we are looking for someone who can be gentle and loving while also confidently holding boundaries. You are patient and kind, but you are also comfortable being consistent and appropriately firm when needed.
Reliability is extremely important to our family. We are looking for someone who takes their role seriously, arrives on time, and can be counted on to be here on the days and hours we have agreed upon.
Most importantly, we hope to find someone who wants to truly bond with our family. We want our nanny to feel like a valued and trusted part of our home — someone who cares deeply about our girls, respects our family and our faith, and hopes to build a meaningful, long-term relationship with us.
We can’t wait to meet you!
