About our family:
We are a warm, busy family with four children (6,4,2 and newborn). We enjoy spending time outside, and we focus on learning through play and reading. Our children love to play and explore. We value being active and engaged with our children. We are looking for a household assistant/nanny who can support our family's day-to-day needs and can step in to help with the kids when mom and dad need a pair of helping hands.
Work details:
Monday - Friday, 12pm - 8pm
February-May: morning help while baby is newborn, Monday-Friday, 7am-9am; occasionally after that
Opportunity for extra hours
Ability to travel with the family for trips, vacations, or long weekends
Start Date: Feb. 2026
$28/hr
Paid major holidays
Paid by direct deposit with taxes withheld
Experience & Education Requirements:
First Aid / CPR certification, our agency will pay for training if needed
2-3 years relevant nannying experience, including with newborns, either as a parent, nanny, summer / short-term nanny, babysitter, or childcare facility
Household assistant experience preferred
Prefer some college
Licensed and insured driver
Conversational English (can be first or second language)
Responsibilities:
Meal prep and simple cooking for the children, especially for dinner
Assist with stocking, unloading groceries, and restocking supplies
Maintain family laundry (wash, fold, and put away)
Tidying up of common and play areas, including living room, kitchen, nursery and play rooms
Light housekeeping related to the children and general family use
Basic household organization and daily upkeep
Pick-up children from school and activities
Engage in active, fun, age-appropriate play
Assist with evening routines
Drive children to sports, lessons, or playdates
Provide loving, attentive care to all four children
