Full-Time Nanny Needed for Fort Worth Family in Ridglea Hills Neighborhood (76116)

About our family:

We are a warm, professional family based in Fort Worth (76116). We recently welcomed our first baby girl, who is currently 3 months old, and are enjoying this exciting new chapter of parenthood. We are animal lovers and have two friendly older dogs who enjoy napping throughout the day.

Both parents work in professional careers and value a calm, organized, and positive home environment. Mom works from home in a dedicated work space and travels to the office once a week. Our household is loving and family-oriented, and we are looking forward to building a supportive relationship with someone who will be part of our daily routine.

This is a home filled with joy around our daughter’s growth and milestones, and we are excited to welcome someone into our family during this special stage of her early development.

About you:

You’re warm, patient, and genuinely love caring for infants during their earliest stages of development. You have experience with newborns and young infants and understand the importance of nurturing routines, responsive care, and helping little ones reach developmental milestones through intentional play. You naturally incorporate tummy time, reading, singing, sensory activities, outdoor walks, and plenty of conversation into your day, and you enjoy getting down on the floor to engage with children. You value interactive, screen-free care that encourages curiosity, learning, and confidence as babies grow.

You’re dependable, proactive, and safety-conscious, with strong infant experience. You’re comfortable helping keep baby-related spaces clean and organized throughout the day, and you don’t mind lending a hand with light household tasks related to our daughter. You’re also comfortable around dogs. You communicate openly, receiving feedback with professionalism and positivity.

Mom works from home most days, so you’re comfortable working alongside her and building a collaborative relationship while confidently taking the lead in caring for our daughter throughout the day. You appreciate being part of a team that shares the same goal of creating a calm, loving, and enriching environment where our daughter can thrive.

We hope to welcome someone who will become a trusted and valued part of our family's daily life during this special season. Ideally, we're looking for someone who is excited to grow with our family. We can't wait to meet you!
