Part-Time Nanny and Family Assistant Needed for Fort Worth Family in Monticello Neighborhood (76107)

About our family:

We are a loving, hardworking, playful family with 4 children (7, 5, 2, and 1). Dad works outside of the home and mom is a stay-at-home mom. 

We're trying to keep things simple while learning to be kind, respectful, and to have a good time! Kids are sweet, active, creative, and hard workers. We center our lives around our family and our faith.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, trustworthy self-starter who can take on some of the household and childcare responsibilities to help keep our home running smoothly and give us more free time to focus on our family. 

Details:

• Wednesdays: 8:30am - 3:30pm

• Thursdays: 1pm - 9pm

• Optional but nice to have: occasional weekend hours for dates and other events.

• Start date: Jan 2026

• $30/hr, guaranteed pay for 15 hours per week

• Prefer a long-term commitment

Responsibilities:

Family Assistant ~60%

• Support household organization, reset key living areas while here

• Manage family laundry, kitchen cleanup, and pantry/fridge organization as needed

• Run errands (groceries, returns, post office, etc.) as needed

• Coordinate home vendors and appointments as needed

• Support general household logistics

• Provide light meal prep as needed (snacks, dinner prep, lunch packing)

• Assist with packing/unpacking for travel and home transitions

Childcare ~40%

• Providing care for our youngest on Wednesday mornings

• Childcare on Thursday afternoons and evenings for our weekly date night

• Offer consistent, reliable, and attentive supervision

• Support and encourage positive daily routines at home

• Encourage non-screen activities

• Model strong values, integrity, and respectful communication

• Maintain open communication with parents and foster a collaborative approach

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of related professional experience

• Clean driving record; valid driver’s license

• CPR/First Aid certified

• Excellent references and background check, drug screen
