Full-time Nanny Needed for Springtown Family (76082)
Reliable, engaging and compassionate nanny needed for a loving family in Springtown
About our family:
We are a busy, close-knit family with nine children of various ages. Most of our older children are grown and working, but at home you'll primarily be caring for our 4 year-old, with 5 and 10 year olds joining for after school care each day. Our home is full of life, with family members frequently stopping by, and we live on five beautiful acres where the kids love spending time outdoors, coloring, drawing, exploring, and playing.
Our family recently experienced the heartbreaking loss of Mom. While our children are well-mannered, respectful, and thrive with structure, they are still navigating grief, and we've seen some age-appropriate regression, particularly with potty training. We're looking for a patient, nurturing nanny who can provide consistency, encouragement, and a loving presence during this season.
Dad has a flexible career in sales and values open communication, mutual respect, and treating his nanny as an important part of the family. We're hoping to find someone looking for a long-term relationship, but we're also open to a short-term placement while we search for the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care for the children throughout the day

Take the children on outings such as the zoo, parks, playgrounds, and other local activities
Support positive routines, including potty training and other developmental milestones
Encourage children to help clean up toys and activities at the end of the day with age-appropriate guidance
Switch and fold children's laundry as needed
Light tidying related to the children's daily activities and meals
Communicate openly with Dad regarding the children's day, milestones, concerns, and schedules
About you:
You're warm, dependable, and genuinely enjoy building meaningful relationships with children. You're patient enough to help children work through difficult emotions while also providing the consistency and structure they need to thrive. You communicate proactively, take initiative without being asked, and understand how valuable reliability is to a busy family.
You're comfortable in a lively household where family members regularly visit, and you're flexible when schedules occasionally change due to Dad's work travel. If you're open to occasional travel with the family, that's a wonderful bonus, but not a requirement.
We would love to welcome someone who becomes a trusted, steady presence in our children's lives during this important season. We know the right nanny can make a lasting difference, and we look forward to finding someone who will become a cherished part of our family.
