Experienced, Loving Infant Nanny Needed for a Long-Term Position
About our family
We are a warm, welcoming family searching for an experienced and dependable nanny to provide loving, attentive care for our infant son. We're hoping to find someone who will become a trusted part of our family and grow with us over the years, potentially caring for future children as our family expands!
Mom works a hybrid schedule and will be working from a dedicated home office most days. We're looking for someone who is comfortable taking the lead on our baby's daily care while Mom works, while also welcoming occasional visits and opportunities for Mom to spend time with him throughout the day.
We value structure, consistency, and organization, but also want our little one to be surrounded by warmth, laughter, and plenty of love. Our ideal nanny is outgoing, personable, and genuinely enjoys working with infants while confidently maintaining an established routine.
We also have two friendly dogs who are part of our household!

About you
You're a warm, outgoing, and engaging caregiver who genuinely loves babies and finds joy in helping them grow and reach new milestones. You understand the importance of structure in an infant's day and are comfortable following a consistent schedule while remaining attentive and responsive to a baby's individual needs.
You're naturally organized, dependable, and proactive. You can confidently manage an infant's day independently and appreciate clear expectations and communication with parents.
You're also comfortable working alongside a parent who is home during much of the workday, maintaining a positive relationship while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
Most importantly, you're looking for more than a short-term position. You'd love to build a lasting relationship with a family, celebrating milestones together and potentially remaining with us as our family grows.
We're excited to find someone who will love and care for our little one while providing the consistency and peace of mind we need as we transition back to work!
