Part-Time Nanny Needed in Overton Park Area (76109)
Warm, Collaborative & Engaging Short-Term Nanny for Family in Overton Park Area
About our family:
We are a loving family seeking a proactive, warm, experienced and energetic nanny to care for our toddler son. We’ve had wonderful support during his first year from grandparents and our current nanny, and now we are looking for someone new as our nanny prepares for maternity leave.
Both parents work from home in dedicated office spaces and are nearby if needed, but we do our best to give our nanny space and autonomy during the day. Mom will often have lunch with their son and is currently nursing, primarily for comfort, though we are in the process of weaning with another baby due in September.
Our son is at a very verbal and curious stage, so we are especially hoping to find someone who can support his language development, encourage learning through play, and bring a bit more structure and curriculum into his day. He plays independently and freely, but would benefit from someone excited to nurture his curiosity with age-appropriate activities.

About you:
You’re warm, patient, and genuinely enjoy engaging with children through nurturing care and intentional time together. You have experience caring for toddlers and navigating their transitions. You can keep children engaged without screens, and you’re willing to get down on their level to play.
We are looking for someone who is warm, confident, and aligned with our parenting style — a true partner in care who can hold firm, loving boundaries and is confident in communicating and receiving feedback. We would love to set you up for success within the first few weeks of working together and let you take charge of your day with minimal supervision or direction, though we are always available if you need us.
We can’t wait to meet you!
