Personal Assistant to CEO
One of our clients is looking for a part-time personal assistant.
Location: Central Fort Worth, TX – Remote with regular local errands
Employment Type: Part-Time – 20 Hrs/wk
Compensation: Starting at $28/hr
About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-paced HR SaaS company, AcquireROI. This role is critical in freeing up the CEO’s time to focus on strategic priorities by handling a blend of personal tasks and administrative business responsibilities. If you thrive on bringing order to chaos, love making life run smoothly for others, and have a high attention to detail, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Support
Coordinate and execute personal appointments, including home maintenance, car servicing, grocery shopping, and other misc. errands
Research and book personal travel, dinner reservations, and family activities
Maintain household to-do lists and manage vendors as needed
Business & Administrative Support
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, event planning, data entry, vendor management, etc.
Research and source thoughtful, personal gifts for key relationships
Maintain a calendar of important dates and schedules
Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Additional Details:
Flexible hours, but must be consistent week to week and be responsive during standard business hours
Reliable car transportation expected
