About our family:
We are a family of 3 (mom, dad and 2-month old girl) with one very sweet terrier mix named Luna, living in Westworth Village. Mom is currently in residency and dad is a physician. Baby girl is an easy baby and is starting to get sleep routines down.
Our daughter loves spending time outside and our day typically starts with a walk around our neighborhood. There is a beautiful park/playground one block away behind the police station in Westworth Village that will be perfect when she is a little older. We cannot wait to take her on future trips to the zoo and museums around town! She is learning to love tummy time and is enjoying her playmat right now.
Work details:
Full time, live-out nanny (53 hours per week), Mon- Fri, 7am-5:30pm
$28/hr, with overtime pay
2 weeks paid time off, one week to be coordinated with our vacation, one week to use at your discretion
3 sick days
10 paid holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and day after, week between Christmas and New Years Day)
Paid by direct deposit with taxes withheld
Experience & Education Requirements:
First Aid / CPR certification
3+ years relevant experience, either as a parent, nanny, summer / short-term nanny, babysitter, or childcare facility
Prefer some college
Must be up to date on vaccinations
Licensed and insured driver
Conversational English (can be first or second language)
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day basic care of our daughter (diapering, feeding, etc.) She does not have any special needs, allergies, or major medical conditions
General activity-planning to guide age-appropriate learning
Lots of reading, play and outdoor time
Outings to the zoo, museum, library, etc.
Child’s laundry, once a week, including putting away
Child’s meal prep (lunch, snack)
Tidying up of common and play areas, including living room, kitchen, nursery and play rooms
Occasional vacuuming is appreciated during nap time

You’re an experienced and calm caregiver who is confident and comfortable caring for newborns, and you're looking to grow with a family long-term. You bring a steady, nurturing presence to the early months and beyond—supporting routines, responding to cues with patience and intuition, and creating a peaceful, loving environment.
You understand the unique needs of infancy and offer consistency, attentiveness, and gentle care during this foundational stage. Whether it’s soothing, feeding, supporting developmental milestones, or simply offering a calming presence, you approach each moment with thoughtfulness and grace.
You’re dependable, communicative, and proactive—someone we can trust to care for our baby with love and intention as they grow. We’re excited to find a nanny who will become an extension of our family and a constant in our child’s life.
