Experienced, engaging full-time nanny needed for infant twins

About our family:
We are a loving, hardworking, and easygoing family with 5-month-old twins and two cats. Dad works from home full-time and Mom works outside the home with demanding hours that vary month to month and may include on-call shifts and some weeks of night work.

We’re first time parents who want to provide a loving, supportive environment for our new babies.We are looking for a nanny who will become a dependable, trustworthy, and engaged presence in our home—someone who is genuinely excited to be there and passionate about childcare.

• Work details:

• Start date: June 1, 2026

• Full-time live-out nanny

• Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm

• $25/hour with guaranteed weekly pay at 40 hours a week

• Paid holidays

• Paid time off, including vacation and sick days
  
  

Experience & requirements:

• Infant experience required

• Experience caring for multiples strongly preferred

• At least 5 years of experience in a professional childcare setting required

• Daycare, nanny, or other professional childcare experience preferred

• Licensed and insured driver with reliable transportation

• Must be comfortable with pets

• Must be up to date on Tdap and annual flu vaccinations

• At this time, the family is not open to the nanny bringing her own children

Responsibilities:

• Providing attentive, hands-on care for infant twins throughout the workday

• Basic day-to-day care, including feeding, diapering, making bottles

• Help with sanitizing and putting away bottles

• Supporting age-appropriate development through reading books, tummy time and crawling support, floor play, stroller walks

• Interactive, engaged play throughout the day

• Maintaining a calm, nurturing environment where both babies can thrive

• Following routines and supporting the babies’ evolving developmental needs

• Taking the babies on walks and, eventually, outings as they grow older

• Tidying up before leaving

About you:
You are experienced, dependable, and genuinely love working with infants. You are especially comfortable caring for multiples and understand how to balance the needs of two babies at once with patience and confidence. You are highly engaged, communicative, and trustworthy, and you bring a calm, steady presence to the home. You do not get easily flustered and are excited to actively play with the babies and support their development each day.

You are someone who shows up consistently, communicates honestly, and makes it clear that you truly want to be there. You are flexible, easygoing, and passionate about childcare, while still bringing the professionalism and experience this family needs.
