About our family:

We are an easy-going, intentional and loving family of 3 - Mom, Dad, and 5 m/o girl- living in the North High Mount area of Fort Worth (76107). We are family-oriented and work closely with our parents. Dad is currently overseas, and mom works from home. Our daughter is exclusively breastfed and we maintain an on-demand schedule for eating and naps. We enjoy a calm home environment and value trust, communication, and quality time together.

Work details:

  • Start date: June 16th

  • Part-time live-out nanny, Monday - Wednesday: 8:00pm-5:00pm (schedule could be adjusted to other days for the right fit)

  • We are seeking a consistent 3-day schedule, totaling 27 guaranteed hours per week. Work schedule will fall between 8:00am and 5:00pm, with the exact daily schedule agreed upon in advance and kept consistent week to week.

  • Guaranteed weekly pay at 27 hours per week

  • 2 weeks paid vacation, 3 sick days, paid major holidays

  • Paid by direct deposit with taxes withheld (W2)

  • $25/hr

Experience & Education Requirements:

  • First Aid / CPR certification

  • 3+ years relevant experience, either as a parent, nanny, or in a childcare facility

  • Prefer some college

  • Licensed and insured driver

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work

  • Conversational English (can be first or second language)

  • Bilingual in Tagalong or Hiligaynon is a bonus, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day basic care of our daughter (diapering, feeding, etc.). She does not have any special needs, allergies, or major medical conditions.

  • Establishing and maintaining good sleep/eat/play routines 

  • General activity-planning to guide age-appropriate learning

  • Lots of reading, active play, and outdoor time

  • Outings with baby, agreed upon in advance

  • Support with light tidying related to the child and shared spaces (toys, dishes, play areas) before leaving - no heavy cleaning required

  • Baby-led weaning prep is a big bonus!

About you: 

You’re warm, attentive, engaging, and enjoy engaging with infants through nurturing care and intentional time together. You have experience caring for infants and toddlers and navigating their transitions. You can keep children engaged without screens, and you’re willing to get down on their level to play. You are patient, trustworthy, and experienced working with infants. You enjoy planning age appropriate activities to encourage developmental growth. Our daughter is Filipino, so it’s a big bonus if you’re familiar with the culture or speak Hiligaynon.
