Nanny Needed for Colleyville Family (76107)
Full-Time Nanny Needed for Colleyville Family in Sapphire Enclave Neighborhood (76034)
About our family:
We are an energetic, active and loving family of 5 - Mom, Dad, 5 y/o boy, 3.5 y/o boy and infant boy - living in the Sapphire Enclave neighborhood in Colleyville (76034). We have a bustling household of little boys who keep us busy. We have a small elderly dog, Cocoa, and an outdoor cat, Sasha. Both parents work full-time outside the home, though Mom works from home on Fridays and has some flexibility for appointments. Family time is incredibly important to us, and we enjoy maintaining a structured but relaxed home where our children can learn, play, and grow.
Our older boys are active, curious, and full of personality. Our middle son has attended Montessori but will be spending this school year at home, where we're excited to continue fostering his love of learning through hands-on activities, outdoor play, and meaningful social experiences. He typically enjoys spending time outside in the mornings, followed by lunch and either an afternoon nap or quiet time. Our oldest will be in school during the day and will return home each afternoon. Our newest addition will be around three months old when care begins and will be settling into the rhythms of infancy with feedings, naps, and plenty of cuddles.
We value consistency, clear expectations, and a home environment where our children feel secure, encouraged, and loved. Our family enjoys a balance of routine and flexibility, understanding that every day with young children can look a little different. We are looking forward to welcoming someone into our home who will become a meaningful part of this season of our family's life.

About you:
You are a warm, dependable, and confident caregiver who genuinely enjoys partnering with families during the early childhood years. You have at least three years of professional childcare experience, including direct infant care, and feel confident balancing the needs of both a young baby and an active preschooler throughout the day.
You naturally bring structure and consistency to your caregiving while remaining flexible when life calls for it. You enjoy creating opportunities for learning through play, encouraging curiosity, reading books, spending time outdoors, and planning age-appropriate activities that help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically. You understand the importance of routine, clear boundaries, and positive guidance, and you're comfortable caring for energetic, strong-willed children with patience and kindness.
You are proactive, communicative, and take initiative, recognizing what needs to be done without constant direction. You are comfortable preparing simple meals for the children, helping keep children's spaces tidy, folding and putting away the children's laundry, and letting the family dog outside as needed.
Most importantly, you're looking for more than just your next position—you hope to build a meaningful relationship with a family who will value and appreciate the important role you play in their children's lives. We look forward to welcoming someone who will become a trusted and valuable part of our family.
