About you:
You’re warm, dependable, and genuinely enjoy caring for young children while creating a calm, structured environment. You have experience with toddlers and young children, and you’re confident navigating different personalities—especially energetic, strong-willed kids who thrive with consistency, patience, and clear boundaries.
You enjoy being hands-on—whether that’s getting down on the floor to play, engaging in meaningful conversation, or keeping little ones active and off screens. You understand the importance of routine, especially around evenings and bedtime, and can help guide the girls through a smooth, predictable wind-down each night.
You also love being in the kitchen. Preparing meals isn’t a chore for you—you take pride in it. You’re comfortable planning and cooking dinner, following recipes, and even trying new meals (with a picky eater in mind!). You’re also happy to help with weekly lunch prep and light kitchen clean-up, knowing that food preparation is a big part of supporting the family.
You’re reliable, punctual, and flexible. You’re able to step in when a child is sick, help with school/daycare transitions, and assist with occasional pickups or outings. You’re just as comfortable taking initiative as you are working alongside a parent when needed.
Most importantly, you’re looking for a long-term role where you can become a trusted and valued part of a family’s daily rhythm—someone the children feel safe with and the parents can fully rely on. We’re excited to find someone who will grow with our family and become an important part of our girls’ lives.
