About our family:
We are a positive, active, loving family with three young boys and a busy household full of energy, fun, and affection. Our children are sweet, playful, and full of personality, and we are looking for a nanny who will bring warmth, structure, and confidence to our home. Mom is a stay-at-home parent and Dad works long hours during the week. Mom may sometimes be around the house, but is often out and about.
We are seeking someone who can step in as a steady, reliable and supportive presence and can confidently help our home run smoothly.

Taking the children on outings such as parks, play places, and other child-friendly activities
Supporting a positive, structured environment with clear expectations and patient guidance

Sorting and folding clean laundry
Picking up toys
Clearing kitchen counters
General light tidying related to the children and daily household flow
About the children:
Our 5 year old boy loves superheroes, movies, t-ball, and playing with his brothers. He is extremely kind, funny, and always thinking of others. His least favorite thing is rest time.
Our 3 year old boy loves playing outside. He also enjoys alone time more than his brothers and responds especially well to words of affirmation. He is very talkative and is currently learning to manage typical 3-year-old emotions and tantrums.
Our youngest is 18 months old and is currently the most easygoing of the three. He loves walks, toys, helping clean, and mealtime. He is also in the stage of wanting to climb on everything and get into everything, so close supervision is important.
About you:
You are warm, positive, patient, and confident caring for young children in a busy household. You genuinely enjoy working with children, especially energetic little boys, and understand how to manage typical sibling dynamics with consistency, humor, and calm authority. You know how to hold firm boundaries while maintaining a loving and encouraging tone. You are active, dependable, and capable of creating structure while also keeping things fun.
You are someone who can jump into the flow of family life, take initiative, and be a helpful, steady presence for both the children and parents. We can’t wait to meet you!
